Taken good care of my Mercedes car. All work done to my satisfaction.
Very good experience with this dealership in particular with the sale rep “Paul Petrie”, Had numerous conversations with him prior to purchasing the vehicle, did not at anytime felt pressured in purchasing the vehicle. Also in terms of negotiation he offered me the best price he could offer. Also more importantly after sales is just as important to me, hence Paul has given me a courtesy call post sales and so far we have stayed in contact, which is great and hopefully in the future I will continue to do business with this dealership .
Couldn't fault them on anything, excellent customer service, good, honest, helpful and courteous staff, especially Kevin the sales guy I dealt with, nothing was too much trouble. Well worth travelling out with my local area for 1st class service. The car is fab too!
So, we bought our first Mercedes through Arnold Clark Mercedes-Benz of Dundee this weekend and I can only say ‘1st class’. A special call out to their AMG specialist Desmond Ho - he was really really helpful. Fantastic job. Awesome comms, no hard sell, the pre-collection video was really informative, the handover was great and the deal fair we traded in our BMW. I really can’t fault it. Our 2nd new car from Arnold Clark the first experience was equally good but our first interaction with M-B of Dundee, probably not the last.
Glad to be able to say - you restored my faith in buying a car. No hassling, no pushy salesmen, just great customer service. Craig you are a credit to the company and Kieran thank you for all your technical help. All in all nothing was a bother which is a breath of fresh air. Keep up the good work.
Just had a quick visit whilst in the area looking to see what cars were available and at what price for the New registration in March, had a very pleasant surprise on the variation that was available and at the price range. Had a very interesting chat with Ritchie from sales team he was very well informed on the various products nothing was to much bother and was not pushy and explained all the options that were available even though we were just shopping for March time. Will certainly return to see what is available nearer the time.
Went there in June 2018 with my son - he was looking for an old second-hand Mercedes. I was expecting a used-car dealer with lots of second-hand cars, and was surprised to find a place selling new Mercedes cars. We were treated well, and the service was very good - we were treated like valued customers although we were not looking for a new car. Guess what - we ended up buying the car! It was the first car he test-drove, and we originally wanted to look at a few others before making a decision, but decided that this car was good enough and we did not need to look further.
Went in today with a tech problem on my car and I must say the service was simply fantastic. Was especially impressed by tech service supervisor and car back on road with issue fixed within the hour,as it was deemed a safety point and given priority. Previous review below. I wouldn't have gone back to the Dundee branch based on how disappointed I was with previous service there. I called the Aberdeen branch and they didn't return my call? I gave Dundee another go and was pleasantly surprised by the customer service I received. Thanks Marc and the new team for good interaction with customers. This was previously terrible at the Dundee branch. My 1 review from 2018: Had random dash warning lights after a service and airbag recall. Been back twice, around £400 each visit. Driving home this time, the first thing I noticed was the "eco" function engine auto off when stopped at lights etc didn't work. Don't know if I can afford to take it back? This is not impressive for a vehicle with 15,000 miles and a service history from Mercedes.
