I was hoping to be impressed by John Clark Mini Dundee as a premier franchise dealership ,however the buying experience has left me flat and disappointed. I travelled a great distance to buy a used car advertised on the web and after knowing I was coming at a specified time the 2nd set of keys for the car could not located.After a lengthy wait on finance paperwork where incidentally I was offered nothing in the way of refreshment I made my way to a nearby Starbucks! I have since found out that the car is needing new wiper blades and the Sales Manager point blank refuses to budge and pay for a new set for me.30 poundsNeedless to say I remain unimpressed especially after the Salesman's pre deal enthusiasm .It seems once they have got your money they just don't want to know?
Ask for Callum. I have spent months searching for a new upgrade. I’ve noticed how much the whole car market system has changed in these 5 years, progressing to mostly business online. I’ve found this transition and process very stressful. I have always liked the look of Minis and when I visited your store the other day I was blown away by the amazing customer service I received from Callum. He approached us as we were viewing cars outside, he had mistaken us as another customer but then dedicated his time to us. He was friendly, patient and listened to my concerns. As someone who is intimidated by car dealerships and has very little car knowledge in general, I was made to feel at ease by Callum and was so grateful that he took the time to explain everything to me and answer my countless questions. He directed me to test drive a car that was more suited to my needs. He put no pressure on me at any point and followed my lead in the sale. I am a very indecisive person and he was very patient with me and made me feel at ease and tried to assist me with my decision making selecting a colour! I am so surprised by this experience as I did not know car sales could be so enjoyable. I am thoroughly impressed with the service I have received at Mini from Callum, he has made me realise how easy this process can be and he has left me with a life long lasting impression of Mini! He is certainly an asset to your team and although I didn’t go through with the sale at this stage, I can definitely see myself returning to Mini in the future. I really hope Callum is recognised for his efforts. Thank you! Shannon
Part Exchanged my mini here, David was amazing. He made the process so straight forward, he wasnt pushy and was happy for us to take the car out for a test drive no problem. He then helped make the transfer very easy.Very friendly, professional and helpful customer service. The car was immaculate on collection. David made sure everything was dealt with properly. Having dealt with other garages in the past I felt this was one of the best for customer service.
Shocking customer service, purchased a brand new mini two years ago and wanting to order a new car, gave them the full details three times over the last week and nobody has contacted myself back or gave a OTR price, I won’t be purchasing my daughters new car from this dealer.
