I can’t recommend Gary Cownie highly enough. I had an excellent experience from the moment I stepped in. The service was outstanding, and Gary’s knowledge about the car and finance options was impressive.nnHe guided me through every step of the car-buying process and even made sure everything was perfect when I took the car home. Shocking company. More than happy to take your hard earned money and sell you a heap of junk, and then not take any responsibility for it. All of a sudden no one answers the phone. All three branch managers are useless and don't return phone calls. Car just cutting out dead mid drive, electrical faults, mechanical faults they're trying to call characteristic of the car. Dismal communication if you have any issues. Car is a 22 plate with less than 30 thousand miles it should be reliable and or they should take responsibility for that. They do not value their customers.nnSo yes, if you want to part with your money for a car that is completely unreliable and faulty and then not have any recourse Arnold Clark is for you! Otherwise, spend elsewhere and save yourself the headache.
Absoulutley outstanding service from Gary Cownie at Arnold Clark Dundee. He was so polite and very profesional with helping me with my motability car. He talked me throughout the process with curtesey and understanding and a pleasure to have all his experience at hand. I will highly recommend his work to anyone thinking about buying a motability car in the future 10/10 service
Very good service, quick, effective, and professional. MOT done within just a couple hours, and had a follow up phone call next day from Arnold Clark ti make sure everything was okay post-MOT. Would recommend this particular branch of Arnold Clark due to their great service, detailed diagnostic video, and speedy service!
