Have been a member since beginning of December. Joined to help in rehabilitation following hip replacement. Temperature of the main pool has been variable. I understand that people who want to use the pool to 'work out' don't appreciate it when the temperature of the water is too high, but neither do those of us who want to walk up and down, and from observation there are more than a few, wish to shiver while we're doing it.

Otherwise, I can't fault the spa. Air temperature is very comfortable, changing room generally acceptably clean and the staff are very pleasant and helpful.

Beautiful facilities shame about the staff. Like all saunas their drains stink and there is often a layer of slime/sweat across back of wall. When you complain the staff close ranks and demonise you. The poolside staff are phsically NOT ALLOWED to clean inside the saunas often leaving half eaten fruit and towels in there. Instead a privately contracted company comes in overnight. Generally they do a great job just they never ever deep clean any of the saunas. Ive offered to help even offered to pay for a water filtration system for them but they are not interested in progression just pure and utter snobbery.

Very nice, but not quite 5*! Excellent facilities, especially if you've got the full access rather than just the pool. 
The pool, jacuzzi and sauna are nice, but the real stuff is through a controlled door- hydrotherapy pool, salt steam, herbal sauna, outdoor seating area with hot pool/jacuzzi. 
All modern, chic and clean, and there are 'spa butlers' to bring you drinks etc if you've started a tab, plus free fruit and flavoured waters in the hydrotherapy access area. 
Flip flops, towels and robes all provided in the changing rooms. 

The downsides were that there were a lot of loungers that looked occupied-towels on them- but no-one reappeared at any point, and it made it a little frustrating finding somewhere to sit. I guess when there are unlimited towels in the changing room you're less concerned about taking your towel back with you when you vacate your lounger! 
A few buttons didn't work in the hydrotherapy pool, which was a bit disappointing as I only got to try maybe half the options.
There was also a lack of 'spa butlers' when we were there- we had to go into different areas looking for one on at least 2 occasions, and as previously mentioned there were a lot of uncleared towels on loungers.

However, overall an excellent experience and I'll definitely be back if possible!
