Superb spa afternoon. Massages excellent, afternoon tea - Thai style - very good and facilities excellent. All staff very friendly, helpful and professional. Highly recommended.

Come every year for birthday, and today it was time to relax again. From booking in to checking out all staff in the spa fantastic. Yoga class instructor really good and supportive even sang happy birthday. Gym nice and clean. Spa lovely to see new rooms and more work on going. Spa clean. Massage top class very professional team. Food was lovely big portions don't order a side dish again a lovely surprise when I got a happy birthday pudding. We paid 99 pound each 9-5 we have had a great day. Only one thing I would suggest is that cleaning should be done before guests arrive, we stopped by for coffee and pastries but staff were sweaping the floor. But very polite whilst doing it. Over all I love it and had a great day.

Had a fabulous time and would definitely recommend. I chose to do the twilight package with a few friends for my 40th birthday and the whole evening was lovely and relaxing. We had a 45 minute treatment, use of Spa facilities and a 2 course meal included. There is water available at all times and some snacks to choose from. All the staff were very friendly and efficient. My friends had brought some banners and balloons and they decorated a small corner table in the restaurant and brought me out a dessert saying happy birthday with sparklers. The food was delicious and really good sized portions and they were more than happy to cater for dietary requirements. X

Amazing!! staff are so friendly and welcoming.. spa is so relaxing and the treatments are so refreshing and relaxing.. I would highly recommend to come and have the experience
