Have been using USP for many years along with my daughter. All staff are nothing but polite, courteous and respectful. Dr Mehta and her team offer a professional service on a friendly level. Have never had any issues and always feel at ease and that my issues are being listened to and dealt with appropriately. Completely recommended this practice.
This surgery is a joke, I have been to the doctor many times regarding pain I have been getting in my elbow for some months now. The doctor advised I take rest and eat painkillers which did not help first time. On my second and third appointment, she clarifies I continue with the medication, also giving with very little advice or anything further to help quicken the ease of pain. My friend went in a month ago to pickup my prescriptions which he phoned from my mobile to order. Just before my I had arrived, he got a phone call to say it is ready. After the call, I got his message before I walked into the clinic only to hear "its not ready yet" These people including the doctor have messed me about with no progressive advice. The receptionists are also rude with poor attitude and I remember them replying very arrogantly to my email query. Avoid this clinic as they are useless, unless useful doctor takes over. After owners response Hello, As a matter of fact this complaint is indeed regards to your surgery. Your telling me that some of my points are not your normal practise procedures. This is already stressful for me and I do not appreciate you piling up more stress trying to make out thats its a lie. I have left your surgery over a year and a half ago and am much happier with my new GP. Just to let you know, my elbow issue is improving and wish that your surgery does too. I also like to say to people like jacob marshall, other patients are unhappy with the service recieved so taking the doctors side and writing a fake review is a cheap move. The surgery is trying their best to make me look bad but it wont work. You have all stooped to a low level with lies, fake reviews even if its real I dont care and I dont need to justify anything to the surgery as I feel that a untrue review from surgery or from an individual who has nothing better than interefering in matters not relating to him and petty approaches is enough. Try to have a good day.
Fantasic practice that has offered great continuity of care to me and my family for over 15 years now. Never struggle to get an appointment, always referred on quickly for other services when necessary. We really value this surgery, thank you.
Absolute shambles of a practice I’m not sure how it is still able to run - the phone line for the past few months does not allow you to speak to anyone it disconnects saying the covid vaccine is no longer available. Impossible to book appointments and speak to anyone when you need to!! Avoid at all costs
The staff and healthcare team are great! They listened attentively, were very sensitive, and made me feel that I knew myself best unlike other providers. Highly recommend!
Easy access, no waiting days or weeks for an appointment. Small surgery with one GP. The opening hours are not as long as the bigger surgeries but that aside, I love the fact you can get seen to the next day in most cases. Oh, and the nice garden views are a lovely bonus!
Reception staff are extremely rude, refusing to give appointments including "emergency" appointments. They're plenty more capable doctors/surgeries in the area where you wont get staff with an attitude problem.
This surgery has been great at scheduling appointments quickly and making sure prescriptions are sent to the pharmacy in time.
All the staff I've met have been kind, respectful and professional. I was able to make an appointment for 2 days time and referred me on quickly.
Cancelled my already going referral to a hospital after registration with a new GP, as if they needed an excuse to cancel it, despite knowing of my urgent need for it. Totally unprofessional and insensitive.
