Dr. Quick, you are amazing! I want to sincerely thank you for the exceptional care and support you've provided to my mum. Unlike other doctors who rush through appointments, you took the time to truly listen to her concerns and address her health issues with genuine attention. Your compassion and dedication have made a significant difference, and we deeply appreciate your help. We truly hope there are more doctors like you who give their time and truly listen to their patients!!
This is worse surgery ever. Once I called them to get my son blood test result. After a month, and they said we don’t get results from hospital, you need to contact to the hospital, I called to the hospital and they said we already sent the results to your surgery hall green. You need to contact your GP , I told them I already speak to them but they said GP will tell you. But here in hall green. They speak lie and don’t give much attention to their registered patience. Worse, worse and highly worse experience.
Jaz was very, very helpful and was able to solve my problem even though there was no record of my previous call earlier in the day. She made the effort to check with the GP to ensure that the problem was solved and gave me options of what could be done. She was very polite also.
Hit or miss, increasingly miss these days... For the past few months, booking an appointment has been a struggle. There are queues of over 30 on the telephone lines and the new Blinx portal is clunky to use. Referrals keep getting lost, which is annoying especially with the already long wait times. It takes 2-3 weeks to get an appointment with a doctor to discuss test results, that are ready online within days. When you do get seen, both health and admin staff are lovely and friendly although some GPs are sadly not great for things that go beyond your everyday concerns. Getting to that point is horrible, however.
So far as a new patient I've had no problems, whenever I've called the surgery to make an appointment for either of my daughters after explaining the reason they get baby in on the same day. The reception staff are so kind and nice to talk to which wasn't the same at my old surgery, the doctors and nurses at hall green heath actually take their time to explain everything to me and don't rush me out the door, so far so good.
I genuinely thought they were getting better but having to wait 3 weeks for a referral letter is ridiculous. Multiple calls, multiple apologies and promises but still no referral letter. The cherry on the cake.. the practice manager doesn't deal with complaints neither can reception. Whats he or she there for? Letter written to the quality or lack of quality assurance officer.. Lets see if it gets any better.. if - 1 was an option they would be getting -5. Update 1809; after 3 weeks of chasing and a letter to the QA officer, i finally get a call from the Doc and she has produced the referral letter.. Still no sight of the QA officer or any explanation as to why it took mutiple calls and then a letter of complaint to get a response.. Bit of a work creation scheme i guess.. like to keep themselves busy answering chasers making promises and then waiting for that written complaint... inefficiency at is finest.. all it would have taken is for one person to take ownership and follow through to completion .. is that too much to ask for? p.s this is from an annoyed partner the wife is too nice to complain.. update 2 in response to the qa officers comments.. The feedback form was completed on Monday, again an example of your efficiency and attention... You are not doing great so far are you... we still havent received a response 4 days after it was submitted..
Excellent service by Sarah. As a NHS member of staff myself, she was able to book me in an appointment by speaking with the GP after having a quick chat regarding my issue. Thank you for your this and highly appreciated getting an appointment ASAP!
Gaslighted me into thinking I didn’t have a problem. Turns out I had a blood clot and then never on time for appointments. Don’t give appointments if you’re not going to turn up on time yourself but at a drop of a hat reschedule if patients run a little late themselves. DO BETTER!
I'm not quite sure what's happened to this surgery, but I'm afraid. My recent experience has been extremely poor. With reoccurring ear infections and promises from various doctors that I've been referred to the ENT to find out out the request has only just been requested this week has left me in dispar. It's no joke having antibiotics everyone month for the past six months and now a scared ear drum due to reoccurring infections to now issues with my balance has quite frankly left me having no trust in hall green Health. I have concerns. My vitamin D could be low as i can hardly walk straight, yet the doctor didn't do the blood form, and I've suffered all weekend. This is pure negligence, and when I'm feeling better, inshAllah I will be escalating this further
It's often had its fair share of criticism like most Doctors during the last few years. But you have to be fair when you get good service too.I waited a while to get answered on the surgerys call line but was always aware of my position in the queue. I was able to explain my condition to receptionist who in turn liasised with the Doctor. At the end of the day I had an appointment within 90 minutes. I was treated, examined and tested by Dr. Hamid and was extremely happy with outcome. You need a bit of patience with the receptionist and treat them with respect. Then anything is possible.
