The surgery staff are great. Will go out their way to help. The doctors are kind & listen to your needs. Sometimes theres a long wait but they always apologise. I usually take toys to keep my children occupied. There is a little play corner for children, changing area & toilet facilities.
Had a good experience at the surgery today. Sister Lisa harold was very polite and made me feel comfortable. Explained everything with patience. Waiting time was short. Covid safety and precautions ensured. Thank you.
Over lockdown I think the surgery has done a great job. I went in the other day and it was very well organised, spaces were clearly labelled and the receptionist and nurse I saw were friendly and helpful. Emma- a credit to the surgery- really helpful, reassuring and professional!

Dr Syed is a very patient, kind Doctor. He always explains things thoroughly which I appreciate. He listens well and does not talk over you.
