Never seems to anyone to answer the telephone.nI go there to play badminton.. The posts are never on the lines. I'm sure footballers would soon complain if their goal posts were off centre or not in the specified line.nHowever, the staff are always pleasant
Squash courts are good, even if it gets a bit noisy from the spinning class next door. The biggest let down is the lack of changing room space
Pool is cold not brilliant for young children, never any changing rooms free, people leave their clothes in the changing rooms then going for their swimming lesson. Not all of the lifeguards we’re fully aware of the safety procedures when learning children to swim, we were shocked to learn this as child safety should be paramount, our situation was very poorly handled by the staff when we complained. This was very unprofessional from all involved.
WACKY WORLD at South moorlands leisure center . Had a great time with my two kids on the inflatables , good variety of inflatables but oh my god you work a sweat up , got cancelled a couple of times due to COVID but was well worth the wait
Always friendly staff and an amazing customer base. Feels like it's own true community which adds a really nice atmosphere to both classes but also the other facilities available
