In May/June 2023, I purchased an aftermarket front exhaust flexi pipe for my car from a different company. Unfortunately, it was badly leaking and so were the next three pipes that they sent.nnI then ordered a pipe manufactured by Klarius. There were some leaks in the pipe provided however the customer service was excellent. Andrew Aiton from Klarius Technical Support bent over backwards to help. His colleagues came to collect my car, took it to their place, fitted the pipe, tested for leaks and brought my car back. Outstanding customer service! I wish every company was providing such a good customer service. Thank you to Andrew and his colleagues.
A faultless Klarius system we use in the 116 Trophy race series. Fantastic customer support from Doug and received in good time. Couldn’t ask for more
Useless I spent over 600 pounds on front exhaust and cat convertor and they only lasted 2 years they causing light to come on saying they are aging and failed my emissions on mot freeways used this company very poor quality
This is new exhaust! It’s splitting in welded line!
I bought my car here for a new exhaust system. The service was excellent, the staff were very pleasant, informative and friendly. There was no waiting time, as soon as it was done I was contacted to collect my car. I will be returning again for any future issues I have with my car and would definitely recommend here for anyone needing anything done to their car. Overall, an exceptional service and I highly recommend Klarius.
