Jim M, manager of the Resorts World store looked after us today. His knowledge was second to none which enabled us to choose the right tv and sound bar to meet our needs. He was an exceptionally nice man who spent a long time with us to ensure we were happy with our purchase. Refreshing after spending an hour at a well known electrical retailer where if you're lucky enough to find a member of staff the chances are they know little about their goods. The price was cheaper than other competitors and they will also price match. Very satisfied and will always go back. Thank you Jim M you're an asset to your company
I ordered a pair of Sony WF-C700NW earbuds from Sony Centres Direct. The price was significantly lower than any other retailer, and after completing my online purchase I began to have some concerns because the price was so good. You know when something seems to be too good to be true. A tiny bit of research suggested that my concerns were founded as it seemed as though I might received refurbished earbuds, even though the website didn't state that to be the case. I checked on line and my order was shown as still waiting to be processed. I emailed to cancel as it hadn't been despatched & received a very pleasant reply almost immediately from Mizan who advised the order had been despatched. Mizan went on to advise that he'd checked & as far as he was able to ascertain the earbuds would be brand new. I received the earbuds today after they had indeed been shipped using a 24 hour service. Mizan was totally correct they are brand new, in fact they were manufactured in July, so very fresh stock. I have nothing but the highest praise for The Birmingham Sony Centre. Perfect service, fast response to my query & Mizan was not only pleasant and efficient he was right about the earbuds being brand new. I won't have any hesitation buying from this Sony retailer in the future.

Went in to this centre at the weekend past, was helped out massively by Simon when reviewing the TV's on offer. Great knowledge and advice to help me make the decision. No pressure at all, just laying out the facts, pros and cons, so that was nice to experience. Really clear on the post purchase and support offered too. Would recommend.

I went in to the Sony shop in resorts world yesterday with a friend who happens to be blind. He was interested in the tech that was available. We were looked after by Tom and what an amazing guy he is. Nothing was too much trouble. He looked after my friend In such an informative, helpful way. With no indication that he had noticed he was blind, but just giving extra information that was needed for somebody who couldn’t actually see the equipment. Tom is a top guy and Sony should be very proud of him!

We were served by Will, a very knowledgeable and helpful young man. He was very patient and answered all of our questions clearly and to our satisfaction. The other staff member was also very helpful and we were thus able to make our purchase at a very good price. Will brought the television to our car and even loaded it for us. It's good to be able to have an unflustered shopping experience and to do so in comfort despite the current Covid restrictions. Many thanks to Will for going the extra 'mile' in his serving us.
I was served by Mr Frank V when I purched the TV. I arrived 5 minutes before Sony shop had closed. Despite closing a few minutes later Frank continued serving me he had excellent customer service skills and extensive product knowledge. I ended up buying a more of an expensive TV then I originally wanted to buy I brought an O Led TV and I am very happy with my purchase. Highly recommended excellent service I will always go back to Sony.
Very helpful guys at the shop, dealt with our email and arranged for us to visit to view TV and exchange with full refund. Very happy with new set and thanks for your professionalism and support.
