Rubbish company who lie and treat people like dirt. Don’t use stay away!!

Repeatedly park their van in the adjacent cycle lane, and block the pavement when unloading. Are aggressive when challenged on this and refuse to acknowledge they are in the wrong.

I have purchased many items from this shop,TVs,heaters,microwave. Never had a problem with anything,customer service very polite. No issues  would reccomend to friends and family and general public

Bought a microwave which was advertised as ex-display, unfortunately, it didn’t work so had to be returned. I cannot fault the return, my refund was back in my account the next day. Many thanks.

Avoid the guy will always be polite but never tells you the truth. Dodgy company still no refund had to contact bank.

I bought dyson V6 cleaner a few days ago. But the product was obviously not new, at least some parts including the cleaner head and body were used though, presumably, a few times. They wrapped some parts even with Tesco's paper. Funny. But it's a kind of cheating.

Avoid like the proverbial plague! Purveyors of the worst customer service known to man, with their mantra closer to 'the customer is always wrong'. Arrogance of the worst kind.
