Don't know how I could rate anything higher, staff are slow, rude and unhelpful. They ask you to do their job if they can't be bothered. Post office can't find an address? Why don't I Google it? Because Google isn't going to find it on your system. I've also had times where there has been one person behind the till knowing I was waiting for the post office. Which changes where it's open, I can only presume based on the direction of the wind, she decided to wait till finishing with her customer then ring a bell for someone else to come through to server me. I'm sure it wouldn't cause too much stress to ring the bell sooner. But when the new assistant came through I had to physically take a step back and hold my breath due to the smoke chamber I was now in.
