We purchased a Ford Fiesta from Andrew Shipp Autos on 20th November 2017 and we are delighted with it.  Andrew made the whole process of buying this car very easy for us.  He answered all questions, accommodated a same day test drive, returned phone calls and emails.  He went above and beyond by delivering the car to us and also added some petrol.  What a service!  Such a genuinely nice guy.  We would highly recommend Andrew Shipp Autos 1st class service  to anyone from a very happy customer.

I have recently been looking to buy my first car and I decided that a SmartCar was the right choice for me. After finding Andrew's Details online and calling him, I was able to arrange a visit to view the car that I'd seen on his Website. Upon arrival I was impressed by the stock and by the way that the cars are shown/displayed. After being taken for a test drive in the car of interest it was immediately apparent that Andrew is very knowledgeable and passionate about his SmartCars. I felt completely reassured by Andrew during the whole time whilst I made my decision before happily making my purchase. Very professional, very thorough and highly recommended.

What a pleasure buying a car from Andrew, nothing like the stereotype!  Love the open door policy, very accommodating. After sales service second to none, even had a home visit!!  Would definitely choose to buy from again when the time comes!

Unfortunately I can’t recommend Andrew this time:(
He hasn’t been honest at all!I gave him a brilliant car and in exchange I received one which when raining just gets flooded !
When I took the car I felt an unusual smelt inside but he assured me that everything is fine!
My mistake trusting him ,anyway I’ll never buy from him and never recommend to anyone!

I was introduced to smartcarsdirect after a horrific exp with another dealer and have to say that the service andrew provided was amazing.

Although my budget was a little lower than the cars on his website andrew was able to find a cracking car for me and supplied it fully serviced with a 3 year warranty, even the 2 little scratches the car had which most dealers would have covered up where dealt with quickly with 2 new panels

My advice if you buying a smart, make sure you get it from smartcarsdirect
