Good guys who pass on price reductions for their fuel onto the customers. Usually the first to do so. Nearly always the cheapest locally for both petrol and diesel. They deserve their loyal customers.

I was unlucky with my new ford which I purchased from a different garage. After an awful service from the dealership I was recommended Cuff Miller. I cannot thank them enough. By far the best after care service I have received. They worked hard to get me back on the road, filled me with confidence in their knowledge and skills and realistically managed my expectations every step of the way. I cannot thank you enough for the help and honesty. Would most definitely recommend.

I only used the parts department as a piece of my Wife's fiesta was missing. I can't thank them enough for their quick response in getting the part I needed. They are so knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you for employing Great Friendly Staff.

Outstanding customer service, really fair prices and after care is above and beyond. The team have always looked after myself and family members, we have now moved away and are really gutted we cannot buy our cars from here anymore.

Went here to by a newspaper. Lots of papers in stock including the one we buy every  week, The Times. Its good to know we can buy a newspaper  from a local outlet.

Very expensive & poor communication! Went elsewhere in the end & gained excellent service quite a lot cheaper! Many Thanks to James for replying - The price from a mobile independent locksmith was much lower for the same product programmed & working! Being disabled I was unable to get my car to you for the job to be done! I was quoted crazy money to just move a car from mine to your garage, a figure I could ill afford after what happened my end! Cuff Miller Littlehampton have been around forever, all my life it seems, I moved here in Spring 1983 & it was here then, so they should certainly consider a mobile service even if limited to certain days - Disabled folk need that sort of service! As a dealer I understand that your prices & policies are set at levels the suppliers dictate so not Cuff's fault just too expensive & no mobile service locally....

The fuel is at a competitive price and it is therefore often quite busy. However, you don't usually have to wait long to use a pump.

I have had my car serviced here twice and found them a garage you can trust

I've been let down by Cuff Miller twice now, I'm not leaving a single penny more with them again.  I will not go into details as they are not worth my time.  First time they tried to overcharge me by over a £1k yes one thousand pounds, when I asked them to explain every line on the invoice they changed their tune and the bill all of a sudden went down by over a thousand pounds, shocking! I can imagine some elderly person would not argue and just paid it.  Second time when my other car was in for warranty repair and they refused to repair it under warranty claiming that my dog chewed up seat belt buckle that fell apart. My dog is always strapped in on a different seat where he has no access to this part and this fault is well known to Ford as all other places replace this part under warranty.  Well done Cuff Miller, luckily you're not the only Ford dealer around  Edit as I can't respond.  Regarding my first visit with my previous car, the overcharge was on the labour and I don't  know why you can't see this on your system but I have a witness that I was asked to pay what was on the quote and only after I questioned it I got a final invoice which was over £1000 less. And this is not a complaint but a review hence I'm bringing this up now
