The online booking service was followed up by video & e mail of the work needed& clearly priced. I am happy to pay just a little more to get the Mini service guarantee & get the personal attention. Adam in the service team was great & even stayed a few minutes after closing time as I was stuck in traffic coming to pick up the car.

I recently purchased an "approved" used Mini Countryman and traded in my 16 year old Audi A2. The exchange was handled by Sam from the sales department who was effecient and helpful. The car had a fault with the a/c system but this was quickly fixed with help from Simon in the servicing department. I have been impressed with the attitude of those I have met in this company so I intend to have my sevicing carried out here. The car is an automatic and great fun to drive.

Thoroughly recommend, whole process couldn’t have been simpler! Very easy to use online system to book. Efficient checking in online and car drop off! Sam was a very friendly and helpful advisor. Updates were clear and prompt. Will definitely return!
Having been told chandlers need my car for 2 and a half hours I was pleased to get my car back after one hour 45 minutes what I was not please with is their “computer was down” and I now have to do another 35mile round trip so they can actually finish their job !! They didn’t seem to think this was a problem !
Excellent service. Everyone working there very polite. I had to wait 2 minutes to pick the car up and in that time they gave me a coffee to take away. Good value for money.
This was my first visit to chandler's worthing mini . Right from the time I entered the building from the time I left the staff were so kind ,helpful and professional. My mini was looked after very well during its mot . They kept me updated every step during the mot. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. I will certainly be taking my mini back again. Thank you for a great service.
