As I live close to the dealership popped in to see what cars, especially the Civic 1.5 Turbo sport, and see what was on offer. After a test drive and several cups of coffee a deal was done. No pressure, Ethan talked me through  the options where I now await collection. The manager, James, gave me through Ethan a great part exchange deal. Great dealership, servicing at the convenience of where I live. Highly recommend, top dealership given previous experiences, courtesy shown when my wife had her car serviced.

Luckily I don't have to go there often but I do enjoy going there.  Despite the reputation that I think big car dealerships may have , I always feel that I have been treated fairly. The last repair was completed under an extended warranty I didn't know I had.  Now that doesn't happen every day! This time it was a trifling matter with my two keys that I should have resolved myself . However Ollie  hope that's the correct spelling just fixed it for me in a minute . I had not booked,  I just walked in and dumped the problem on him. He smiled at me and said it would be fixed in a minute. And it was. Excellent. Thanks very much.  Highly recommend Honda cars  , and this dealership is the best I have used .

Ollie at Service desk was brilliant in sorting out my next service. Very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.

I went back to Yeomans even though they are not my local dealer after a year when I originally test drove a car but did not end up buying to buy a wonderful Honda e. Their customer service is second to none. They were friendly, professional and courteous, bought the car over the phone and collected it the next day as I was without a car and they pulled out all the stops to have the car ready for me. If you are looking for a new or used Honda I can categorically state they are well worth a visit even if they are not local to you. Thank you again Yeomans for all of your hard work with my purchase you made it a really pleasurable experience and will bring it back to you for servicing even though you are not just around the corner!

Amazing customer service! Took my car in due to a strange noise. Came away with complete peace of mind that my car was safe and made to feel that nothing was too much trouble. Lovely lovely people.

Nothing was too much trouble, there was no pressure, I was treated with respect by all staff.  The handover wasn't rushed and all my daft questions answered.  Really recommend this place. Well done James snd Marc and the rest of the team I spoke too.

There's not many staff at dealerships who will go out of their way to do something they don't need to do but Oliver Weston at Yeomans did that today for me. He very kindly helped with a lot of paperwork related to my car's service history that took a while to complete and this is something that should have been done by other people. So I would happily recommend Yeoman's Honda at Ferring as in my experience, they take care of their customers.
