We went to Hennebry as we were looking for a Mini and they are Mini specialists. Probably the best service that we have had from a used car dealership for many years. Daniel is friendly and helpful and someone who we felt we could trust instantly. He spent loads of time making sure we were happy with our choice and there was no pressure to sell us anything. Michelle was also the same and handled all the transactions and paperwork for us so that the whole transition was effortless. We also got an excellent part exchange deal on our car which was a Citroen DS3. I cannot recommend them enough.

Part-exchanged my Fiat 500 too girly for my son to drive apparently!, for a Mini a few months ago at Hennebry.  The salesman was very helpful, everything made easy for us and we have had no problems with the car since, came with a three month warranty for peace of mind but we did not need to use it.  Hope to return to buy another convertible mini for myself one day and would happily return to this dealership to buy again.

Hi all, wonderful customer service, excellent advice ref insurance.  We purchased something a bit different...an E Class wagon, not your usual Mini they specialise in.  Great attention to detail, the PDI picked up a fault with the rear air suspension that was rectified without any questions asked.  Car was exactly as advertised, immaculate.  Would recommend the Hennebry team and Gary without hesitation.  Cheers, Steve and Jacqueline.

I had originally dropped by and spoke with Gary regarding a Clubman not for sale through Hennebry and he offered advice and pointed out things to consider.  I decided against the Clubman and returned to query a Countryman that was for sale. Gary went above and beyond to help me with the sale of my car. He was incredibly patient as I sold the car but kept getting delayed, none of it was an issue for Gary.  Fantastic service, kind, welcoming, efficient and knowledgeable of the entire range in the showroom.  I cannot recommend enough. Thank you, Gary!

I think if you buy a car and then leave a 5 star review the next day all you are reviewing is how happy you are to have a new car which you have yet to really try and how nice the salesman was....not really very helpful! So I have left it a little while to leave this, hopefully to give a realistic impression of the buying process and quality of car.  We bought a 8 1/2 year old Mini Cooper D from Gary 3 months ago. Gary was helpful, friendly and unpressured to deal with, genuinely a smooth deal. Having a well lit showroom also mean we could buy in the middle of a storm and yet still see the car properly.  The car itself had 40K miles, was priced fairly...but not cheaply, but then we searched for a good example for a while and you get what you pay for. Its not 100% perfect, I'd be worried if it was, but it is exactly as described and extremely honest.  We have put on over 1000 miles a month since we got the car, everything works perfectly, the only issue was that the wheels needed to be balanced as there was a small vibration at motorway speed, so really minor. I love driving the Mini and have absolute confidence in it. I bought an extended warantee at cost with the car: at the moment this is looking like a bit of a waste of money as I don't expect to use it, it is a nice to have though and was cheaper than buying a warentee online.  All in, excellent team at Hennebry, excellent car sold to us and a very happy customer even 3 month after the purchase.

Wanted to write a review after having my Mini for a couple of months and couldn’t fault the service and quality Hennebry have given. Would recommend to anyone looking for a good quality Mini.

We recently bought a terrific, high-spec used Countryman from Hennebry, we saw the vehicle online and arranged to view it the same day on a Sunday - Daniel came in especially to meet us and was extremely pleasant and helpful. It was just what we wanted so we closed the deal and drove it away within an hour, zero fuss or upselling. The best car-buying experience I've had and I've had a few... would definitely recommend!

Visited Hennebry MiNi to view & discuss their vehicles. Dan and the team are friendly, knowledgeable and, above all, genuinely enthusiastic about the brand their selling. It’s unusual to find a car dealer that offers a sales experience as relaxing and enjoyable as this. Highly recommend them & their MiNi’s!

What a stroke of luck to have come across this superb company!  We bought our Mini Cooper S Convertible from Gary a week ago and the whole experience from start to finish was really enjoyable and stress free.  We knew immediately that this company were to be trusted and could see that they pride themselves on their reputation and quality of service,  Gary is a great chap and nothing was too much trouble. He is one of life's genuine people and we felt totally safe in the knowledge that if we did encounter any problems he would not hesitate to sort them out for us.  Prior to us collecting the car he even arranged for some work to be carried out that didn't need doing at this stage, and that we hadn't asked for, just to ensure that the car was A1 perfect for us.  We will never go anywhere else in future and now that we have the "Mini Bug" will definitely be back for our next one!  It is a pleasure to have dealt with Gary and we cannot recommend Hennebry Minis highly enough.  How lovely these days to experience such quality customer service, professionalism, expert knowledge and reliability!

We put my wife’s Cooper S up for sale and Gary got in touch to have a chat about buying the car as it was a nice example. He was a pleasure to deal with and gave us an above market price for the car. Having sold cars privately before this was a quick, hassle free sale and I don’t know why I haven’t considered selling to trade before.
