5 Stars - Outstanding Review! - Let's start at the beginning: I was looking for a hot hatch / fast coupe. I had previously inquired about an M2 comp with another sales member. But they're hard to come by, ha! As a result, I went in search of an M140i. This is where I went after seeing the vehicle on their website. When I walked into the BMW in Worthing, I was greeted by the receptionist and then attended to by one of the sales team members, James. He was extremely friendly and offered me tea, coffee, and other refreshments. Overall, fantastic first impressions Not like some dealerships - Audi Five Oaks. I mentioned that I was interested in the M140i they had, and he immediately offered me a test drive! We were on the road in about 5-10 minutes! The vehicle completely blew me away! I had made my decision based on preliminary inspections. The 3ltr twin scroll turbo engine was out of this world. Anyway, when we returned to the showroom, we discussed figures, possible deals, and what they might offer for my trade-in. He was not your pushy salesman; he left me alone with my thoughts, and I left. I knew I was going to go for it. We then exchanged emails back and forth until we agreed on a trade in for my vehicle. I then contacted a second company to help me structure my finances Sterling Motor Company. I returned to BMW after all payments were completed. I didn't have to wait weeks for the vehicle because it was prepared quickly! I was once again warmly welcomed. We began at his desk and then proceeded to the hand-over room. My car was covered, which made for an exciting reveal for me! I'm not sure if they usually do this for used-approved vehicles, but it was fantastic! We then went through the standard paperwork, etc. After that, the big reveal!!! I was treated like royalty and well taken care of throughout the entire experience. Thank you so much to James and the BMW team in Worthing! I will definitely use them again when it comes time to upgrade or service my BMW!
Got my first car from here - 8 series. Loving it! James has been amazing and patient throughout the process. Will definitely recommend and get my future cars from here.

Great drop off facilities handy when raining!, good updates on the work being carried out on my car and the service was friendly and professional. I used to do a 250 mile round trip to get my car serviced. I don’t have to do that now as have found a great dealer locally! Nice cup of tea too.
Normally you have to wait weeks for car service but at Chandlers they had bookings almost straight away . Service was easy and kept fully informed and car cleaned when I collected it 10/10 for service and efficiency . Love that you can check in on line the day before which makes drop off quick and easy
James helped me get my dream car, he was extremely helpful, and made the process so quick for me! He answered all the questions I asked him and he was very patient and kind & made me feel comfortable in the process as I’m not a regular car buyer haha! Thank you so much again for your help!!
Service was polite and efficient. Brand new, high spec loan car was a welcome and unexpected bonus. Only downside was that they didn't have time to do a wash and vac but gave me a voucher to use when next in area.
Excellent facilities, impressive reception area in the service department. Very professional outfit all round. It's why I've had BMW cars for the past 35 years. You get what you pay for.
Bodyshop Team- Excellent. Mark, Nikki and bodyshop team: ‘how pleased we are with the bodywork repair you recently carried out on our nearly new 128Ti. Everything was so easy from the friendly greeting from the reception team, you estimating and obtaining insurance authorisation for the storm damaged repair, to booking in, regularly updating is on our car repair progress, to car collection day. Big thank you to you, Nikki and your team for the excellent work you carried out to return our car back to new again.
Booked in for a major service and MOT, the service rep was very helpful and also worked well as they were open pre 8am. Having had the car for a few hours, I had a call and a video advising on the current status of the core components and essential work that also needed to be carried out which was separate to the service, having being presented with their online system, it’s a simple few clicks to ensure the work is carried out within the day window. All in all, pleased with the service provided and will be returning the next time
