Most people usually moan about their doctors surgery, but I can not be more thankful to mine.... At around 5:30pm on Monday, I took my daughter to Erith Urgent Care Centre only to be turned away, with them informing me that they were to busy to take anymore patients and would not be opening their doors again that night (only a handful of cars in the car park & they are supposed to be open until 10pm), so by chance I popped into the surgery, explained the problem & was seen straight away! I cannot express how grateful I am to all of the staff for their help, care and compassion xx

Staff can be rather rude and not very helpful, with little time or patience to try and resolve problems with staff frequently making mistakes themselves. I have also found the doctors to be complacent and not update my medical records with important information which has over time caused me a lot of problems.

I have been using this practise or 8 years. the staff are always spolite and extremely helpful. which is just whats needed.

Worst GP out there. Has potential but at the moment my advice would be to avoid if you can. Stayed home off sick from work with a migraine, called and still on hold 32 mins later. Not sure if they want me to get better or make my head hurt with the horrible music. When the finally picked up, they have no appointments for the day. Again , worst GP ever.

After calling a few times from 8 am most of the year i still am unable to ever get an appointment probably the worst doctors out there now have to go to the hospital just because i have a bad foot which easily could be diagnosed by a doctor i worry for people with children who are unable to get an appointment at the doctors
