Shout out to Kamal for my check-up two weeks ago and glasses collection on 7/01/2023 as he was friendly, conversational to both my mum and myself, and very helpful advising on what colours would suit me, the shape that'd fit my face shape, and more recommendations. I was very satisfied and happy with my glasses choices when I left. So thank you.
Quick and easy to book appointments. Not good for mobility issues as a steep stair case to examination rooms

Very friendly staff and very informative. The Young Man who greeted me was very bubbly but not too much a credit to specsavers. The Lady who did my eye test was great too.
Had an eye test needed new glasses they were ready in a week which was much quicker than I expected, the staff in Erith are nice, no problem recommending them as a good place for eye care.
An absolutely wonderful team of staff who not only were helpful and informative, keeping my best interest at heart, but also were extremely friendly! A contagious feel good atmosphere as soon as I entered till the moment I left. A special shout out to both Angela and Tom for making my experience memorable in all the best ways!
Received reminder for eyetest & visited Erith store this week. Shocked to discover eyetest increased from £25 to £35, which is a huge increase & the extra £10 is not optional. Store v busy & wasnt acknowledged by staff for 10 mins. Am long time cust, but have decided to go to Boots where test is cheaper
Had my eyes tested yesterday but got greeted with the most happy and helpful assistant I've ever had! Very friendly, chatty and good customer service. I did look for his name badge but was shocked to see it said trainee! Thought he had been doing it for years! I want to say his name was Michael but I can't remember iny so sorry!
Really nice helpful staff. But they do not check the glasses before giving them to you. Both my new pairs were bent and didn't sit level. It was easily fixed but annoying that I had to go all the way back to store. Surly they would know to check this as both pairs were like it. I will go there again. Just now I know to not trust what they are giving me
