I recently moved to the area and needed to register with the local GP. I completed the electronic registration form online and received a notification that the form had been successfully sent to the practice. I downloaded the new patient questionnaire and filled it in manually as there was no option to send it electronically. I attended the practice with proof of ID and stood waiting for some time before a receptionist asked how she could help. I explained I had come to register and she directed me to her colleague Lucy. I gave the new patient questionnaire to Lucy, she asked where the registration form was and I explained I had completed it online. She gave me a hard copy of the same form to complete so I asked why, as I had done it online and it had been sent successfully. She interrupted me and responded sarcastically whenever I asked a question. I asked her not to be rude to me as I was just trying to establish how the electronic form could be retrieved or if she could at least enquire with her colleagues, she continued to respond in a rude and combative manner towards me which I feel was unnecessary and only served to escalate the situation. She accused me of being rude and suggested I register elsewhere. I sat down to complete the registration form again, the other receptionist spoke to me and I explained I'd already completed the form online and was confused about having to fill it in again; she said they don't know anything about the online system. Lucy continued to address me rudely while I was talking to her colleague so I told her not to speak to me. Her attitude was absolutely appalling and I did not appreciate being repeatedly instructed by her to register elsewhere. She refused to process my forms and sent me to her colleague instead. This was an extremely frustrating and unnecessarily unpleasant experience.

One of the drs in charge is a terrible says his practice is there for his patients but is a lie no help at all disgusting

Very rude staff and the service is very slow and the doctors haven’t any time to listen

Helpfulll staff so far but only problem disabled access could be a lot better to the upper levels of the building as there is services that the disabled and wheelchair users go to upstairs and only one lift and not good if that lift breaks down.

Absolutely disgusting and rude service and terrible advice. I've waited months to see a "specialist" to do a skin allergy test, after seeing multiple doctors to confirm that my skin condition was a skin allergy and not insect bites. As soon as I saw the doctor, he dismissed any allergy suspicions and confirmed it as insect bites, printed off two pages of information and handed it to me without giving any advice. He did not want to listen to my explanation that I have had the condition for months. Basically he wanted me to go asap... DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! Waste of my time, will be putting in a formal complaint.
