This is a great doctors, doctor Sharma has got to be the best doctor ever here he sees to my Grandsons problem straight away and gives good advice very helpful and sorts the problem. TOP DOCTOR IN MY OPINION
Shocking doctors !! Receptionist Are just rude and unhelpful like every doctors I think they all take same courses on how to be arrogant ! Doctors haven’t got a clue they need retraining and you would be lucky to get appointments at this place must be one doctor only !! But still take patiences on … stay clear will be changing doctors asap I mite Be able to get a appointment then instead of having to always go walk in a&e ! Pointless having GPS
Absolutely the worst survice me and my daughters have ever received from a doctors surgery. Horrendous receptionists and doctors. Not listened to whatsoever. Been left to withdraw from my medication due to their mistakes on multiple occasions. My daughter taken off her asthma pumps that she's been on for 4 years without no knowledge of her medical history. I'm absolutely disgusted. Leaving doctors today only been there for 5months and this was my experience... Would definitely never recommend
Called the surgery 2 days ago to enquire about the procedure for dropping registration form and was told I could drop the forms off from around 8:30- around past 5pm. I was at the surgery this morning to drop registration forms for my family with my family seared in the car on the premises but to my greatest shock the lady seated in the position of the receptionist from the window on the right of the building was extremely rude and unhelpful the way she attended to me. She told me the drop off time was on the form and stated 2:30-5:30 and just slammed the window back at me without allowing me to explain why I came in the morning. Whilst I was still talking she just left me there standing by the window. I won't be coming back to the surgery to register as I believe these are definitely not the NHS values I expect from a surgery I would be registered to.
Impossibile to find solutions with the receptionist I called 2 times with the same problem ! No solution found ! No appointment !
Very poor service, rude and unprofessional at all times. No respect for patients. Very disappointed. I know they don't care about patients reviews and concerns.
the reception staff are just the worst disgusting bullies I've ever met they find every way to make your life a misery they bully you and then make you out to be a liar go to any other surgery but not this one or Slade Green Medical Centre
A good medical centre. But very busy at time's often has book on the day appointments
