Appallingly short staffed! Minimum of a 3 week wait for a regular appointment (which will be still keep you waiting a further 30 minutes in the waiting room). Urgent appointments are still held for up to 3 hours in the waiting room. Minimum of 10 minutes on hold to talk to reception, although, more realistic is 25-30 minutes. Had missing information on my daughters medical record regarding her vaccines. The receptionist staff are more like a call centre team and I don’t recall seeing the same gp more than twice, although with the speed I’ve been dealt with and ushered out the door I perhaps wouldn’t have had time to recognise them. I did see one doctor recently at the sister site that was very good, but I was so shocked I didn’t get a chance to appreciate, also, I’ll probably never see them again!

Awful experience, sometimes it'd be less painful to just die rather than go to this god-forsaken hellhole. Incompetent doctors and admin staff. The only upside i can say is you guaranteed will feel better once youve left.

Abousulte joke 7 days to get a repeat prescription. If they cannot handle the influx of patients do not be so greedy and reduce your intake .the surgery has gone done hill since Dr Barrett left.

terrible surgery. organised a telephone appointment and the doctor never called and then insisted that he did and left a voicemail; which was a lie. now i need to take more time off work in order to see the doctor. has always been badly run .

Disgusting lately - have a repeat prescription - never been a problem until now - put it in on Monday - went to chemist Wednesday ,Thursday - not ready - assured practice been busy will definitely be ready by Saturday - went up Saturday - idiots had only forwarded one page of prescription - there should have been three !!! Now all weekend no pain meds and blood pressure pills - ridiculously incompetent !!!
