Great store! Huge shout out to Jess who was SUPER helpful and managed to find me not one but *two* perfect pairs of shoes in the style, size, and fit I required I have quite large and wide feet, and I prefer a minimal style, so it can be tricky finding the right shoes. Thank you so much Jess!

I popped into the store today, looking to find a comfortable pair of smart shoes for work. I found a pair, but not in my size. Jess was assisting, and she mentioned that she could see if they were available online. Jess ended up checking stock at other stores and found a pair in my size at the Trafford Centre. She called them, checked that this was the case, and reserved them for me. Outstanding service considering I didn't buy anything from the store. I collected them later that day and am very pleased with my purchase but most of all my experience. Thank you Jess.
Service ok, very few staff around to help and once they get you a pair to try on, they just stand nearby and pressure you to take a decision and keep asking if it fits! I find it very uncomfortable. Because of this attitude, I avoid this shop and go to the one in Trafford.

Bought some skechers in Blackpool . Got them home. Husband was giving them me for christmas . Went to put them on they were both odd colours and odd size. I would like to thank the lads who were there when exchanging . The Lads who dealt with us had a Liverpool accent. He was brilliant never questioned us . We will certainly go back to the market street shop in the near future. Outstanding service thankyou
The staff were so helpful. I came away with 2 pairs. Very pleased.
These shoes are very comfortable and totally worth the hype. If you have foot problems like arthritis or pain, you should consider getting from this brand. The shoes have a wide range from those fitted with memory soles to arch lifts. Some socks have peculiar functions like arch lift, toe padding, etc. These little, but structural changes make footwear a luxury you need to try. P.S: My parents now exercise better because of these lovelies.
Excellent customer service by Jessica on Thursday and Hassan today. I have purchased five other pairs in the last two years from here; the service was always good. But I felt Jessica and Hassan went above and beyond no matter how many pairs I'd tried on and how fussy I was with such a positive attitude, excitement, and sales & after-sale skills! Hats off, guys!
