Bought shoes on the Saturday for a 4 yr old. After only 2 days wear they were badly scuffed in a few places. Went to exchange them for something more robust only to be told I cant do that. Apparently the shows are not faulty, its just the way my 4 yr old must have been wearing them.

Really? Nothing to do with the poor quality of the shoe eh?

Previously I have bought from here and generally been happy with the things I bought, but after this occasion I won't be returning to buy anything again

Be careful when shopping at Wynsors. Known for bad customer service. Shoes fell apart within a month and practically had to brawl the staff to get a refund.
