Possibly the best customer service in the whole of the Trafford Centre. Returned some boots on the second day of the Christmas sale - exchanged for a pair of different boots and shoes - the shoes weren’t in stock so she found me a similar pair to try on for size - she ordered them online for me for delivery to my house - such an easy process, no rushing, dealt with Farah (store manager)....... absolutely 10/10

Usually an excellent customer service but went in this week end to be greeted by a girl who was arrogant and made us feel like she couldn’t wait for us to leave if this person was in again would def not be going in on the off chance she served us I do have a receipt and hoping her name is on it to make a formal complaint

Beautiful shop but didn't have quite a few of the sizes and models I asked about. When ordered online and had my shoes delivered there, I could not just return them to the shop even though I was right there, I had to go to the post office and post them, which seemed silly and not productive.Friendly staff though.
