Harsh at Aldo Queen St provided impeccable service! He's knowledgeable, friendly, and helped me find the perfect pair of shoes. Aldo's selection is top-notch too. Highly recommend!
It’s been a while since I’ve had a good experience at Aldo, but the store manager Trai made my experience shopping for NYE shoes awesome. The whole staff seemed really well versed in the footwear and was super friendly. Trai answered all of my questions and helped me find a few things to make the shoes feel more comfortable and last longer. It was just a really unpretentious visit, where I didn’t feel like I was being forced to buy anything I didn’t want or need, and wasn’t rushed out of the store. 10/10 would recommend going to see him if you’re looking for great customer service.
Dianne at the Aldo store on Queens Street welcomed us in with a cheery greeting and proceeded to answer all our questions about the shoes we were looking at, she suggested the different sizes that made a lot of sense. A truly awesome shoe shopping experience
The location offers great selection and kind, friendly staffing. Needs were immediately attended to by staffer who made everything easy. Sizing was available and choices too. Loved their styles and fashion and my purchase was easy. A great place along the Queen St shops. Certainly will be back in again.
Leaving this location left a lasting impression on me. Staff were very helpful and the manager went beyond with excellent customer service. I'll definitely be coming back!
Trai is amazing! I always leave the store satisfied with boxes in my hand! He’s so personable and knowledgeable about shoes!
Great service!! I believe he was the manager, obviously has experience in footwear. Had great recommendations and ended up buying 2 shoes for the winter.
Love this location so much and the assistance from the staff especially Trai. He was giving me so much options to choose from and I didn’t know about the flex technology until he told me that’s so good an interesting love it
Great selection definitely got what I needed and the staff and overall service was great they were patient and kind.
