Really good customer service. They are well staffed even though they're very busy. The customer service is really friendly. Just nice to be treated well! They have a good selection of shoes at food prices. They're also one of the only places that carry Birkenstocks.

Crazy rules and completely unreasonable staff. I saw a brand new colour of Uggs ive not seen before ever, I asked about a size they didnt have the size I wanted as it turned out anyway, when a manager came over, who then rudely and abruptly told me I wasn't "allowed" to buy them, as I'd purchased a pair of uggs in this store before. BEFORE CHRISTMAS, IN A DIFFERENT COLOUR! The man then told me "its 1 ugg from this store for life". Well i've never heard anything so ridiculous in my life. Is this how all customers are treated? I last stepped foot in that store on the 15th of December, so this really took me back. This is not the sort of shopping experience I expect from anywhere, extremely disappointing.

Ali, the person who helped me out in this particular store, was very patient and friendly towards me as a foreign customer. My current shoes were wearing off and needed to get a new pair immediately. However do to different in sizes and no sizes for those shoes that I like, he has helped me with great passion showing me around and getting me the perfect pair of shoes that fit exactly . NB 327 Thks Ali.
We were in Manchester Market Street store and was served by Aaban. Very kind, polite and helpful. And eventhough the store was very busy, noone had to wait for help as all the staff were super attentive. A really positive experience.
I walked in at 9:01 AM and was asked to leave because it’s “not open yet” I’d have been happy to wait but 3 staff crowded quite hurriedly to usher me out I’ll give my £150 to another shop

Thank you very much to the employee, Jack. He helped me and served me with professional service, with all the cordiality and respect. He stood with me for about an hour without getting bored and helped me with the choices. He deserves thanks and I hope that the administration will honor him or promote him because he is competent for the administration.
