This was my second visit and it was a very pleasant one too. The ladies who helped me in ordering a pair of boots and then going the extra mile in customer service. I would recommend Russell & Bromley as a great company for an excellent product and an exceptional service. Thank you for the sevice, it was a pleasure! Regards Ismaaeel Bulbulia

What a lovely store this is. Everytime I shop their I get excellent customer service. Team members are so friendly and carring, can't be more happier with their service. Recently I went to store to get my Paris totes repaired and the lady called Jolanta was absolutely great, she exchanged my bag for a new one and for the tote that was discontinued I was able to choose a different bag which was absolutely gorgeous and just paid the difference. What a lovely team! Thank you very much x
