Not very good. Apparently you can't order a pair I wanted to buy a pair of bobs canvas shoes in denim blue. I was wearing an old or. And asked shop to order a pair they did have cream in stock but no blue. The assistance said they don't order. I find this bad service. Thanks

I request all the of you to see the quality of skechers shoes in the pictures I have posted. I have purchased them from Elante Mall, Chandigarh, India.. Does this company has no ethics? What sort of quality they are providing to Indian customers? The shoes torn away in just six months.

Great customer service! I was at the shop today because I had a problem with a pair of shoes that weren't covered by the guarantee any longer. I spoke with a manager and the problem was sorted within a few minutes, then a member of staff spent time making sure I got a replacement pair that suited me. Really great service -- and, of course, I will be returning again.

The shoes are great but the lady who served us looked very unfriendly and worried about smtg. She made us feel uncomfortable when we had to ask her for different sizes. Otherwise great shop
