I had a fantastic time shopping at Schuh. The range of different brands all in one store makes shopping so convenient. I was helped by a lovely staff member who went back and forth to get me various sizes and helped me sign up as a rewards member. I was very happy with my purchase and will definitely be back.

Great choice of trainers and nicely served by staff. Funny name for a shoe shop though, perhaps the spelling people got it wrong. Me myself, I'm a gud speller.
Went in today, i was absolutely soaked as i got caught in the rain. Absolute brilliant service. was greeted by a male server so sorry didnt get his name but he was so good and understanding. Was served by a young lady Laura. I rarely write on comment about a store, but i had to . This young lady was brilliant, helpfull. She even let me use her phone as mine qas not working. So well done kingston store for habing such a great team. Will definitely be shopping there again.
Im giving one star because I couldn't give zero, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING, this branch is ran by ego maniacs. Awful bad energy, I personally went to the store on the 21st of December, as I entered I asked the worker whether the store was closed due to time being 6:30 average time for store closure, he proceeded to turn his colleague and giggle and condescendingly replied no. I WAS terribly humiliated, I do not want any vulnerable individuals or any one else for the matter endorsing in a brand with zero customer respect or ettiequte. Do not buy anything from this shop you're only enabling this disgusting treatment. *UPDATE* I spoke to a female manager on the 22/12/21, again utterly despicable communication, I received no responsibility from management nor solution instead she condoned this behaviour and did not want rectify the treatment given by staff. Told me to call back, to put effort on me and not wanting to get a pen and paper to write the my number to call back. The bare minimum of treatment for customers is not met at this poorly managed shop. This knock on effect can only lead to future poor customer treatment that I would not want anyone else to endure, so I do not condone of entering this store and contributing to sales as this enabling this disgusting, vile, evil treatment. - Jaissitha Ratnadurai BSc Hons
I don't usually shop here, but something on the sale rack outside caught my attention so we went in! They had a really good and up-to-date selection of footwear for adults and children. They also had good discounts available. To top it off we were pleasantly surprised by the attentive customer service we received from a lady called Warsha. Great experience, will probably go more often now!
Jane was super helpful and she found my number immediately even if she was busy with other customers 2:20pm. The other colleagues were free talking to each other in the meantime and paid no attention to me
