Customer Support is horrendous! I purchased shoes and sized up per their website because I'm a half size. The shoes were too big. I contacted support for information to obtain an international shipping label since their website did not recognizing my order #. Over a 2 1/2 week time-frame I have sent 6 emails and received 4 responses and the issue is still not resolved. They have sent me wrong links. Linked did not work. The website did not recognize my order # & zip code - which I sent them a print screen of, etc... Their website and Google info page list do not phone # to contact them. Not only will not order from them again I am posting on the USA influence's site not to purchase from this company so others don't have this happen to them!
I ordered and paid for my shoes nearly 3 weeks ago and I haven't received anything. There hasn't been any reply to my email either. I love these shoes and I ordered them as they were showing as being available on the website.
Had about 10 pairs of their ballet pumps and folding flats over the last couple of years for my better half. She absolutely loves them, super comfy. They also fit well and run true to size which is useful!
BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I purchased a pair of shoes for next day delivery which never arrived. Customer services are the worst I've experienced. No telephone number and they do not respond to emails. This company is happy to take your money and give you nothing in return. Terrible shopping experience. I had to ask my credit card company to refund me for non receipt of goods.
After ordering several pairs as their sizing is totally inconsistent across their normal and foldable pairs, I decided on the right size for me. I tried the foldable ones first and because they fitted pretty well, I decided to order two more sizes for an upcoming holiday. On my first day, I wear one of the pairs foldable and guess what.. the sole cracked and started disintegrating after only 2 hours!! What a ripoff! Expect a complaint for this pair and a return for the other, as I don’t even want to risk wearing the other pairs. I hope they at least have the decency to pay for the return. Very bad quality- do not order!
Very poor customer service. 3 unanswered emails, no phone number, a third company issuing the refunds - how could I have not seen that. I feel scammed. Also, seeing all these negative and unanswered reviews here, they don't even seem to care.
These are awesome! I ordered a pair for my girlfriend's birthday and she is in love! This is definitely going to be my 'go to' when my mum's birthday comes by next month :
I have a few pairs of these shoes and they are very comfortable. Lots of different designs so you will be spoilt for choice. My go to for flats.

Wellies only lasted a year before splitting. Contacted company only to be told product out of 3 month refund policy and offered 15% off a new product.
