Great shoes. No laces! This particular store is in a very busy part of town. Staff very helpful. Wanted same style shoe as last year but they change every year.

I love their shoes, so comfy yet chic! Quite expensive but great quality...I usually wait till the sales and get great bargains... The staff on covent garden branch were lovely, so helpful and understanding (I had my 4 month old baby with me and they set me up in a quiet corner with a glass of water to feed him, he fell asleep and I was able to get the 2 pairs of boots I was coveting:)

Lovely shoes, ridiculous store policies. They were out of my size in a style I liked and was told that they could order them in for me and that I would have to pay for them immediately which is odd in itself. The salesperson then explained that because the shoes were on sale, they wouldn't be able to refund them. I wasn't able to even try the shoes on because they didn't have my size but I'd be stuck with them? Then they explained that if I was to order them myself online, I'd be able to return them because obviously with online shopping, you have the option of returning the shoes. Their store policies sound illegal to me. At the very least, they aren't helpful nor are they providing any sort of service. Their odd store policies concerning returns falls in line with other Italian chains like Calzedonia and Tezenis where they won't refund sale items.

Some nice footwear but not sure of the quality of the shoes and boots. One negative is that they don't do refunds and will only give you a credit note if you return anything for whatever reason - which is clearly not good if you're a tourist.

The shoes are good but the store seems to have a permanent discount on items which means you can only exchange them and not get a refund. That's not a good customer service policy.
