Go figure! First visit was horrible (see below), second was great, very nice vendors, very helpful, arguably took a little time to warm up as they seemed a tad tired, but it was the end of the day, we all get a little tired by then, and that feeling disappeared in seconds :) Maybe they were understaffed the first time around? Well, either way much better experience this time. My original review: Two completely useless vendors, go from client to another ignoring me, when I try to talk to them to say that I have an order to pick up they shut me up telling me to wait 5min but they keep going to newly arrived clients, clearly a sale already made is not interesting for them... another person is waiting for their order and it's the same story... they tell us that they need to use the machine to look for the order but cannot do it because they're in the process of selling multiple pairs of shoes to other clients, negotiating discounts etc. Surely you should be able to interrupt this long process of bargaining and selling, repeating prices, checking shoe size etc. to quickly look up two people's order numbers on a computer... simply unbelievable. Oh and although they said the order had not arrived I later found out that it had actually been in the shop for 10 days!...

No stars is what Geox should get (Google I don't think you should force people to give stars when they are not warranted!) Absolutely useless bunch of people Told me to come to store to collect a pair of shoes only for me to arrive and wait for 20 mins with no dialogue exchanged with an update as to whether shoes were found or not Eventually cottoned on they didnt have the shoes after all once the same member of staff (manager) I had the phone conversation with had the cheek to tell me to be patient whilst he looks for the shoes, at this point I'd been waiting for 25 mins in store I wasted money, time and energy. They give westfield a bad name

I'm a bit baffled by the low rating on Google for Geox. My experience couldn't be more different than some of the posters here, I found the staff polite, friendly and helpful particularly in helping me find the right pair off shoes in my exact size. I will definitely be returning again.

Higher quality of shoes. Seen styles in tkmaxx so wondered if l could find more to try on. However prices are higher than tkmaxx. I've come back in the sale to see if more affordable. I like their loafers, both men and women's.

Very bad experience. Bad customer service. Very rude staff who don't know how to deal with customer's query. The worst thing is the store doesn't give refund, only credit voucher for reduced items .
