"SIXT car hire at Manchester Piccadilly is a short walk from Piccadilly train station. Use the exit next to WH Smith, make a left turn, and cross the white footbridge. Cross the road over the tram line and go into Piccadilly Place, where you’ll find the SIXT car hire counter next to Simply Fresh. We’ve got a huge collection of hire cars including both economy and premium options. Booking extras including sat navs, extra drivers, and child seats are also available. Drivers under the age of 25 will, however, need to pay a Young Driver Surcharge. We offer a 24-hour pickup and return service and a rental period of up to 120 days. When returning your car, park it at the Q-Park in Piccadilly Place and leave the keys in the drop safe."

Booked a car rental last minute, and this branch does a background check which was completely new to me as I’ve used the company before without any issues. Me and a few others were refused a car based on a negative score that they couldn’t explain.  The guy who I spoke to said he’d process the refund and it would take 3 working days. I didn’t receive any notification of the booking being cancelled, but an invoice was sent 5 days later. I spoke to customer service and was told a refund wasn’t processed like I was told and that I would have to wait 7-10 working days.  Very poor!

Absolutely horrendous! Stay away this is a scam! We tell the provider one thing and then they add different insurance forcefully even when you explain you don’t need it. £300 turned into £1000 for absolutely no reason. I would recommend any other service apart from Sixt! It is not worth the trouble!

K.Kelly gave the most exceptional customer service, helping us fix an issue with our rental from London. This man deserves a raise, as he went truly above and beyond to make sure our issue was fixed and even validated our parking. He's a total legend.

Best experience I had with car rentals in my lifetime. Irfan was so accommodating to us despite working overtime that day. He was informative and knowledgeable as he convinced us to apply full insurance to our car, which was really worth for its price. In addition, he helped us upgrade to a better car from the ones we booked online initially. Apart from that, he helped us with our luggage issues on the car by telling us the next steps as he helped us calmed down as well hahaha  The car was great all in all, I saw Irfan washing the car beforehand and making sure it was really clean and good to drive before passing the car keys to the passengers.  Nonetheless, Irfan is the best serviceman I’ve encountered in my lifetime. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience. Because of you, I would want to book a car from Sixt in the future.
