Don’t use them. They are taking advantage of the COVID-19 situation to charge you extra. When you drop the car off, there is no one to receive the car... then you find out a couple of days later that you’ve been charged incorrectly! There are other suppliers at the rental village which offer a much better service.

Happy with the service when we picked up. Could even choose the color of the car. What takes it down is that they didn’t tell where the closest gas station was. And when we delivered there was no one there. Never happened before. And have been around. Wide space on the delivery section tough

Didn't really have the car l wanted but a Mercedes E400d fit the bill. Ready bang on time and spotless. Staff member talked me through all the gubbins like the trip computer, built in sat nav, electric roof blinds, seat adjustment and so on.

Allowed me to book and was just about to pass me the keys when she said she couldn't hire to me as there was a flag on my license, she couldn't tell me what or why only offered me an email address to contact,  then they charged me £60 and said it was in the terms and conditions. Will never use them again!!

Excellent customer service as always that's what keeps me coming back
