Friendly and efficient check in and check out. Given a top quality car which I am sure was an upgrade but the staff just acted as if it were the done thing. I can't remember the name of the chap that checked me in 13/09/2020 @ 9pm but the service was top quality. Price and service better than all of the big names. Highly recommend.
The best prices. Lovely staff. Worth the tram ride out of the city. Only downside is they're currently not doing full-to-full petrol which means you often receive an empty car have to time it carefully to bring it back empty.
Mark, Ryan and Glen at the Manchester Airport office are always very friendly and super helpful. On the times when a car in my category isn’t available I’m offered a free upgrade. The cars are decent also. I definitely recommend reading the required documents and doing online check in to speed up collection.
So far so good, picked the car up on Saturday and Mark was really helpful. He showed me around the car and checked I was happy with everything, the car runs great. The excess deposit is expensive £1600 but the real proof will be when I return the car and see how they deal with that. I will update this review on 14th Novemeber 2020
Excellent experience, no problems on picking up or dropping off car. Will use them again
