Hired a Golf at very short notice after a unforgettable wasted hour at Green Motion rentals avoid at all costs. The girl on the desk was very helpful and rented me a car at the same price as an online agency quoted, through Avis.

Closed overnight what is a big issue if your plane run late. When you got parking enforcement ticket Budget fee will be higher than ticket itself, really sad.

The service we received here was great. The same guy both checked is out and in, and he was super helpful... Above and beyond standard levels of service. We will use them again

Budget gave us superb service at the desk and in the lot the morning we arrived and the same terrific service was given once again the day we returned the car 6 weeks later.  The price was right, the car was good but the employees sealed the deal with their professionalism and friendliness.  Budget definitely next year once again!

Poor service,  guy didn't even know what he was talking about,  kept saying "well it's hard to explain" got money back in the end.

Waiting at the budget desk as no one attending. Then a guy appeared and said to wait. It is now half an hour waiting with unattended desk and in 20 minutes it is closure time. Unbelievable

We had a very complicated problem of booking via an external company using the wrong name. It took a while to find a solution and wasn't easy getting around the strict company policy of Budget, but throughout - the staff was incredibly helpful, supporting and professional. Great experience given the circumstances.
