Hire from this place at your own risk! They are trying to hold me liable for the damage(which I have nothing to do with) 3wks after I returned the vehicle!!! It may seem like you are saving money at first, but they will give you the worst nightmare!!! Stay away from this company!!

Service staff were great and the price!  Half of most competition.  I was looking for the catch but no hidden extras.  I will be back.

Fantastic service. Booked car very efficiently. Mr Gil who served me was swift, efficient and very helpful. He completed the paperwork and explained all details thoroughly. I've booked hire cars before but this was by far the best service that I received. I'll certainly use these guys again! I had read the reviews of others who had used this branch. I must say that the service I received was completely the opposite. Perhaps I was there on a good day or the old staff have left!

Hired a van as I had a big wedding to do and the guys in there made me feel welcome. I said I saw other feedback but they told me this is a new team .. Happy with my service

My partner was refused a rental due to a past disqualification. Which is fair enough (no fault of the reps at Epsom) despite the company taking his money as a prepaid collection; Details that he provided online never flagged a hint of an issue. However, when asked if it was a possibility to take a vehicle on my international license it was just "Unfortunately.......".

Walked on to Enterprise around the corner and were sorted out! No fuss!!

If you share similar circumstances be aware with booking in advance on Sixt´s website and turning in on the day to collect. Don´t be expecting any compassion from Epsom Sixt either!
