Collected a van from there, was moving house and doing it all by myself whilst driving a van for the first time. The super friendly and professional service I got really helped to ease my nerves, just brilliant service. The chap who looked after me was full of jokes and telling me how's just ordered his dream car Mustang, just a great guy and a real personal touch. Top notch.
What a helpful and friendly bunch! Mashood initially took my call and arranged the car hire. Sam assisted afterwards with the collection of the car and was very helpful! The stand out guy that I dealt with was Amit, what a guy. Went out of his way to explain things, even stayed after they closed because I arrived late and just made it seem like nothing was too much trouble! Keep up the great work as the service was fantastic!
Excellent customer service from Mashood Ahmad! Booked a van ahead, arrived on site and was well looked after, he is welcoming and informative. Will be using Enterprise again in the future and recommend!
From the moment I got a call from the company they were so friendly ,when I arrived the service was exceptionally great ,warm welcome to people who love talking to their customers. I got a luxurious well maintained car which was running so beatififully and also not expensive to fuel. On returning the car i was slightly late because I got the dates mixed up and again they were so polite and were even kind enough to let me charge my phone while I waited for my taxis Thank you to Amit,Armitage,Hugo,Mashood and Sam and everyone at enterprise, will definitely use them again and recommend
Worst branch for van hire ever, they will charge you for pre-existing problems, I will give them 0 stars if I could.
A very positive experience We rented from Enterprise New Malden because of the positive reviews and were not disappointed. Our car was clean and ready - we had asked for a Ford Focus style and got a Toyota hybrid which we really liked: lots of space, smooth ride and great on gas. But best of all the service was top notch. We were helped by Hugo Figueirodo and Mashoid Ahmad when we picked up and returned our car - both of them very helpful. The branch manager, Asmita Thapa, made sure that everything went smoothly. We would definitely rent there again.

We are from Australia and rented a car from Enterprise New Malden branch. The service was the best I have ever had, very helpful and friendly, so much better than hiring a car at Heathrow.
I've used Enterprise New Malden very regularly for a high number of months due to my work, I always recieved nice clean cars. All the times I was on the phone to the branch, I mostly spoke to Tyrece and I found him very friendly and was always happy to help. When Sam came to pick the cars up, he was very happy to chat and was again very friendly. The manger Amit was a very friendly person, we had a laugh and he was very helpful and quick to react when situations occured bus . Thank you to the team at New Malden.
I made a reservation 3weeks ago for last week and it was a standard car I booked to begin with. Then I changed my mind so phoned the branch to go for an intermediate SUV car which I wanted slightly bigger car. Which was all agreed, I was also advised that I would have pay extra £45 with £180 I already when I collect the car and I was happy with. So on the day when I went to pick up the car, I got offered a Ford puma originally when I booked for nissan quashqai or similar. If you know about cars the Ford puma is an SUV car but small compared to Nissan quashqai. Alternatively its like a small hatchback car in the interior. Which I wasn't happy about, and the branch admitted it was their fault. To rectify this issue, the colleague offered to give me the next available vehicle which was small mpv and to pay extra more. I paid £180 for my hire and now additional of £112 included discount so the total will be £292. This mpv car which i didnt need. The mistake was made by the branch so is that I had to fork out extra money for your error? The problem didn't stop there, the car arrives 30min late and got it prepared. The cigarette socket didn't work so how else am I supposed to charge my phone etc.
