Fourth time using enterprise Rent-A-Car and every single time it has been extremely pleasant. dealing with their staff you can instantly tell their focus is 100% on customer satisfaction which you just can’t seem to find many places these days😀 pick up and drop off were very easy and the cleanliness of the cars I have hired were impeccable. I can’t say a bad word about this company definitely recommend to anyone.

Do not offer a pick-up service if you cannot do it! I had to make my own way to the branch at my own cost!!! I honestly should have used a different rental company!

Apart from the booking mix up they were very good. Much better than most rental places Very friendly helpful people

The staff were well-mannered, however the SWB van I rented broke down on its return journey due to an incorrect battery fitting (very basic error). I was offered a refund and told this would be provided instantly. It wasn't; it was provided after 5 working days.

Overall: nice staff but a sour experience means I can't recommend them.
