Rented a little van from them. The rental process is a bit bureaucratic but I guess that's down to the insurance company they use. The staff however are really friendly and helpful. The van was basically new. It's nice also to support an independent business rather than a faceless corporate. Oh, damned good value too.

Friendly and very efficient service at competitive prices. Hired two sizes of van for multiple days for a house move. Highly recommended.

We rent cars regularly when traveling. This was a unique experience. They didn't try to sell us extra insurance or petrol at inflated rates. Highly recommended.

Really good company. I've used Parkhurst several times, mainly for work but once for a small van to transport some pushbikes. I went to them initially because they were the cheapest for the vehicle I wanted and I've always gone back because of the service. Need some ropes for the bikes? - no problem; need a trolley to haul heavy gear? - no problem. Totally dependable, very good quality vehicles, ultra helpful and very competitive prices - I would definitely recommend them.
