I got recommended by a friend who's known these guys for years and I have had nothing but honest quality work. I had lost hope before in trusting garages but the service from George, Dan, Alvaro, Ginaro and all the other technicians have welcomed me into their passion. I'm kept informed throughout and advised if they see any areas that could be a future problem and options given to me about preventing big bills down the line. I had mentioned I have never been to see car racing before and a few weeks later got an invite to join them with my son in the pits with their racing team! Their knowledge is unrivalled and the quality shows from their long-lasting customers.

Visited the showroom "on spec" on 24th July 2021. I was just wanting to take some photos of the exterior of the building because of my interest in Cooper Cars the building was John Cooper's factory and showroom previously. I asked if I could park on the forecourt as there was little parking nearby and was met by Gennaro who not only allowed me to park on the forecourt but gave my wife and I a guided tour of the building and described much of it's history to us. The building retains much original content and I can't thank Gennaro enough for taking time out of his schedule to show us around. They had some great Porsches in the showroom too!!

Always a pleasant experience dealing with the team at Charles Ivey. My husband and I have been regular customers since moving to the area and always find them to be fair with their advice and prices. Daniel has been particularly helpful with fixing my Macan. Would recommend.

I started out trying to find a Boxster 987S. But after looking at several, I found a 2005 987 Boxster 2.7 at Charles Ivey Specialist Cars, and I decided to take a friend to take a closer look. When we arrived, Genaro at CISC talked me through the car, and I must say it did look fantastic! He showed me all the OPC service receipts all present and correct plus additional recipes for further maintenance jobs. He then handed me the keys and pointed to the A3 - which was literally 2 mins from them in Surbiton. After a wonderful blast in the sunshine, I drove to Cobham and back with the hood down, eventually returning to the garage with a big grin, ready to do the deal then and there! After a polite haggle, Genaro generously agreed to a small price reduction, and after I paid a deposit, he promised to give the car a check over, a service, plus get it through its MOT within the week. When I arrived a week later the car was out on the forecourt looking absolutely gorgeous and ready to go. Genaro explained that they had decided to replace all four tyres with brand new Pirelli P7s, and they had also fitted a new clutch and a new set of brake pads - all because they felt the car needed them! Now thats what I call going "above and beyond"! I have to say I am over the moon with the car, and I couldn't be happier with the knowledgable, generous and courteous reception I received at Charles Ivey Specialist Cars. They have specialised in Porsche since the early 70s and this expertise really shines through! I look forward to returning to CISC when the Boxster is due for its next service.

I recently bought a Cayenne from Charles Ivey….and they have absolutely great team of people. Long serving, experience with the  young, knowledgable and highly personable Dan. I recommended these guys for all things Porsche!

After several recommendations from various Porsche owner forums I decided to take my Cayenne there for its first major service. Having just purchased the car I asked them to advise on any repairs/parts needed. The list was detailed and reasonably priced. My OCD meant we exchanged several emails, all of which were answered. They even called me several times for updates which is a first as I've always had to chase any dealership/workshop I've taken my car to previously. Arranged to a have my car serviced, sun roof seal fixed and a few other bits done. Mark arranged for my car to be collected and dropped off, called to update on progress and my bill was half what I was expecting. Charles Ivey are one of those rare businesses that care as much about their art as they do about their customers. Thank you Mark

I have been using Charles Ivey for the past 30 years and have always found there work to be of the highest quality. The staff are amazing and always have time to help me understand what is needed to keep my vehicle in the best possible condition. I will never take my Porsche anywhere else.
