If I could give zero I would, the service here is horrendous..I prepaid for my car and my flight was delayed 5 hours from toronto i have three children with me expecting my car to be available and because I didnt show up for a prepaid and booked car they gave it away...they are extremely rude and do not care at all that someone is left without a car after arranging in advance and paying in advance to avoid this situation--- I dealt immediately with Kendall cars in the town just next to kingston -- they were very very helpful and got me a car immediately and even offered to drop it off --- EUROPCAR is the worst I highly recommend not using them and I have never written a bad review like this before but it is due to the arrogance and ignorant attitude and uncaring staff I am really really furious and will never deal with them again - even after the complaint they told me the policy is to let the car go if you dont come within an hour or something ---why the hell do you make us pay for pre booking then --- and i am requesting my balance back and they are not responding --DO NOT PAY THESE PEOPLE IN ADVANCE THEY ARE THIEVES -

Kingston Europe Car is the worst business they ripped me off for a deposit that they never returned because I was two hours late picking up my car —- and now they are ignoring my emails !!!! Please if you value your money and safety don’t deal with this place !!!! I booked immediately after with kendall cars which is just down the next town and they have me Car immediately— you have any questions I will answer I had such a bad experience with Europecar the staff is ignorant and rude and trust me they do not care about you at all !!!!! And eiropecar you know who I am I also gave review under Nadya name I spoke to your customer service and they told me they politely decline my request for refund so thanks for nothing

A horrible rental agency.  Upon arriving, customer service clerk proudly announces car cannot be returned at pre-arranged day/time, as they aren't open, and must be returned on another day. There is no key drop either.  It's like they've never dealt with travellers before.  They also refuse to setup 'pickup' service as advertised behind their counter.  They pride themselves on being rude.  Overall, they are a useless branch which simply should be closed.  They hand us keys to a new car, claim the fuel tank is full, but the gas gauge is broken.  Does that even happen in 2017??  We'll never rent from them, and you shouldn't either.
