I've been to almost every Kendall's branch and this one is, by far, the busiest. Conversely, it means you have a better chance of getting the vehicle you want. There can be a long wait at peak times so get there early and queue up.

Very easy process. The van was not immaculate outside but they are quite easy going on return. Did exactly what I needed. A fair price and convenient. Good customer service. I would use them again.

Easy car hire and friendly helpful staff. You can park your car round the corner on Lombard road which is uncontrolled parking. Easy 👍🏼

We forgot a couple of things in the car and called immediately to report on it. When we came to pick it up the next day, it was 'not found'. I guess someone within Kendall decided that they liked it.
