Got a really good deal online for £30 for a full 24 hour period of hire which was perfect for what we needed, it was the cheapest deal around and it was also local to us so was easy to find and get to. Their online process is easy to use and they offer a speedy check out sort of service where you can verify all your documents and information online and that means you walk up and use your phone to access the vehicle so you don't have to mess about or wait for ages to get the hire car/van and be on your way, however after doing all the checks and uploading every document etc I then still had to do the usual process because this branch didn't do the speedy check out... So it was pointless in the end! All that said it was cheap, the hire vehicle was perfect and the service was good - the young lady who served me was prompt and friendly as well as being knowledgeable about the services and processes.

Problably the slowest service I have ever receive anywhere in my life. Like 1 hour just to pick up a bloody van.
