Well known chain, but they really do provide excellent customer service. They helped us out in a jam (very short notice rental when my car packed in and we were due to attend an event at the other side of the country), and extended it for us the next day no problem when we got stuck at our destination for a bit. Unlimited mileage, which is always a benefit with hires.

We hired a car from Enterprise whilst we had a problem with our car. They picked me up from my house and drove me to their office to pick up hire car. Staff were very young and and enthusiastic on site. Paperwork was easy to deal with and they drove my wife home after she dropped off the hire car.

Very friendley courteous staff, helped out a lot and very accommodating when i needed to extend. A big thumbs up to Matt who’s customer service was fab!

Was hiring a huge van which wasn't exactly dirty but the cabin would have benefited from a sweep prior to handing over to me. Friendly knowledgeable staff in the branch. Will be back for a (one-way) car rental soon.

They do exactly what they say they will. Shame the branch is a bit shabby, but the staff were helpful and friendly. Cars are just fine too...
