Upon arrival at Heathrow airport we were greeted by a friendly member of the firm. The car was immaculate, and although we found the booking online a little confusing, the customer service term on the phone were extremely helpful; and even book us with a cheaper price than the one quoted on the website! Highly recommend!

arrived late and they waited for me, yes waited 2 hours no other car rental company does this, you lose your money with them, totally awesome service, never had a deposit problem as didnt damage the car, plus we always have excess insurance, my advise dont be stupid and take the risk if someone keys or hits your car its obvious you have to pay for it! excess cover £2.00 day why risk it, you only end up writing negative reviews about something the company cant do nothing about, people need educating on hiring cars around the world

delivered to me with child seats fitted, great new car with gps fitted, recommend you take extra insurance cover, as some people complained about been charged for damage to the vehicle, and guess it can happen when you leave car parked in street

Cars are not that bad, but expect problems with security deposit. They do not refund unless you fight for that (several months). Make sure to follow their Terms & Conditions when dealing with claims. And make sure you send official request by certified paper mail. Or, better, hire from some well known company.
