Absolutely disgusting customer service, not only did my girlfriend book a medium sized van to move house weeks in advance, when we turned up to collect we were told there were n medium vans available and to take two small vans!nnCompletely unacceptable when we booked so far in advance and paid for a medium van!! . Also to assume both parties were able to just drive two vans was so unprofessional. Management were useless and all we were told is we might have a medium van later on for you, needless to say we didn’t bother. We had no choice but to take one small van and do multiple trips which put us really behind schedule. There is NO WAY I’d ever use Enterprise again. Unprofessional through the experience and a complete waste of time. Not the first time I’ve had issue with Enterprise.nnPromised us a refund to make up for paying for a medium van which took my girlfriend months before she received anything after chasing and chasing them for it! I’d recommend finding a local van/car rental company instead of this joke of one! A zero star from me if I could!

At first, I wasn’t entirely satisfied with the car I was given, and to be honest, I didn’t know how to use a hybrid vehicle. Thankfully, Maxwell was incredibly helpful he patiently walked me through everything and showed me exactly what to do. Thanks to his guidance, I quickly felt more comfortable and was able to drive away feeling happy and confident.nnOn the day of return, a gentleman named Lemi came to collect the car. Although I was running a bit late due to the school run and traffic, Lemi greeted me with a warm smile. He waited patiently and reassured me that everything was fine, which helped ease my nerves.nnIn a nutshell, both Maxwell and Lemi made my rental experience smooth, pleasant, and stress-free. Their professionalism and kindness really stood out and made all the difference.

Excellent service and friendly knowledgeable staff. Absolutely, everything went extremely smoothly, and the car was clean and better than I expected. The deposit refund was back in my account on the day they said it would probably be there.

I didn't receive an official feedback email, but I hope this review gets picked up. Another smooth rental experience from the guys at the Beckenham branch. All the guys are great, but this time Maxwell was amazing. I was early dropping the car off and was prepared to wait until the branch opened, but Maxwell came along and I was able to leave the keys with him and get on with my day. Maxwell has a bright future with Enterprise and I wish him all the best with his onward journey up the corporate ladder. Scott

I had a good experience renting a car at Enterprise Beckenham. The staff was friendly, the process was smooth, and the car was perfect. My only small complaint is that I had to wait at least 10 minutes before being assisted when I arrived. Other than that, everything went well, and I was happy with the service overall.
