Warranty? Well the connection with a trusted national warranty firm is interesting as the contract between the two companies terminated in 2018. But Pines continues to show the third-party warranty on their website and uses their logo on the paperwork… Wear and tear?  Well the national company says ‘it depends… send us evidence’ … Pines just says ‘NO’ … my advice… the vehicles may be fine, but the warranty isn’t worth the paper it’s photocopied onto…

They sold me an old Peugeout 207, put in the paperwork "sold as parts" but it had a long MOT and they lied to me in the sale said it was running fine. No help weeks later when I went back it stopped working, speedometer went and engine needed quite a bit of work doing.

Great experience. I traded a car in and bought another from Pine Cars. They were friendly and professional and had great communication. Highly recommended, and I would use them again.

Please stay away from this place, the guy called Rob is a con merchant they sold me a dodgy car with so called warranty which never covers anything. 6 months I’ve had the car every day is another issue. Do not trust them at all they are the worst sellers ever not to be trusted ever.  I’ve seen your response I am happy to attach images of your messages in Watsapp how you refused to deal with the issue, then asked the AS patrol to simply delete the fault codes. As for the accident it happened 1 week After I even posted this review so stop your lies. If anyone knows any better stay away from these con merchants. There liers through and through. Oh and their so called warranty isn’t worth the paper it’s written on. Rob is a thief and Chris is lowlife looser

Just bought a second hand car from these guys, and they couldn't have been more helpful. Even when there was an issue within a couple of days, they took the car straight back and got it fixed. Highly recommend them.

Bought a van at pines from rob, after a few months the engine wasn’t sounding very well. Rob got the van diagnose and replace the clutch and gear box under warranty, no questions asked .

Just bought a second hand car from pines, had a fantastic experience throughout and were met by a really friendly, helpful chap! Can’t fault the car, or the service, would 100% recommend

Rob sold us a quality used low mileage Hyundai i10 and made sure a few minor issues were resolved - a helpful and professional dealership Would use again

We bought a VW Golf from Pines Cars and were impressed from the first phone call to the sale. An MOT had been put on the car and they had fitted a cam belt as it wasn’t know when the last one was fitted. The car was in great condition and a very fair price. We’ve had absolutely no problems with the car and the V5C document arrived very quickly as well. Overall, I would highly recommend pines cars!

This dealership sells stolen goods then refuses to refund the money. Having confronted them and police involvement, it has taken 9 months to recover the lost funds £17500 and we have only managed to claim back money through the insurance company. Joke of a company and shouldn’t be allowed to trade. Should be ashamed of themselves and be stopped from trading.
