Very helpful customer service even though they could not insure me on their insurance policy due to a existing DR10 on my licence from 2011. I was given the names of they're competitors who may be able to help me and they have. So thanks again you've been a great help!

Excellent car hire service. I called to request a quote and availability etc and from there on Lanes were very helpful and quick to respond. They allowed me to keep the vehicle for as long as I needed whilst my car was being repaired. All the staff members I spoke to were very friendly and I received great customer service. I highly recommend this company. Many thanks.
